To register and maintain an Account on z2777, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
z2777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Access may be suspended pending verification. Providing false information regarding age or identity is a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
Each individual may register and operate only one Account on the Platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, z2777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending bonuses held within them.
You must select a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for keeping your registered information up to date. Outdated information that results in failed withdrawals or verification delays is the Player's responsibility. Update requests can be submitted via the Account settings panel or by contacting support.

Unless stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on the relevant promotion page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins expire after the period stated in the specific promotion's terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited automatically without compensation.
Any attempt to abuse promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of betting systems designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus exploitation, will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
z2777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a promotion will generally have their existing bonus terms honoured unless fraud or abuse is detected.
All games and betting markets on z2777 are subject to their individual Game Rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel or within the relevant betting market's page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Game Rules, the Game Rules shall prevail for the specific game or market in question.
In the event of a Platform, game software or communications malfunction that affects gameplay or betting outcomes, z2777 reserves the right to void the affected game round, bet or transaction. No claims will be honoured for results generated as a consequence of a technical fault. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.
For sports betting markets, the official result published by the relevant governing body of the sport shall be the determining factor in settling bets. For cricket markets, results from ICC, PSL and other relevant governing bodies apply. In the event of a dispute, the Player must contact support within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z2777 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, along with forfeiture of all balances:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission from z2777.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z2777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
z2777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting z2777 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining real-money Balance (after fulfilment of applicable KYC requirements) will be processed for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.
z2777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without notice where there is reason to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, balances may be forfeited.
z2777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated, as specified in the operator's licence documentation. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
